RFID handheld terminals are devices used to read and write RFID tag data. RFID tags are electronic tags that can store data and communicate with readers using radio waves.
RFID handheld terminals can be divided into three types based on their operating frequency: UHF RFID, HF RFID, and LF RFID.
UHF RFID
UHF RFID operates at a frequency of 860MHz to 960MHz, with a read range of over 10 meters. UHF RFID handheld terminals are mainly used in logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing.
HF RFID
HF RFID operates at a frequency of 13.56MHz, with a read range of about 1 meter. HF RFID handheld terminals are mainly used in access control, attendance, and library management.
LF RFID
LF RFID operates at a frequency of 125kHz, with a read range of about 5 centimeters. LF RFID handheld terminals are mainly used in animal identification and asset management.
